February 8th, 2011 Rey After the “Green and Yellow” mastermind cheered for the Green Bay Packers at Super Bowl XLV, Lil Wayne made his way to a downtown Dallas hot spot to for a special performance at night club, Escapade. Floyd Mayweather and the Young Money crew, including Toronto rapper, Drake, accompanied Wayne. Two times Grammy award winning producers and artists, Play-N-Skillz, hosted and scratched through out the night. The Dallas based brothers joined forces with Weezy back in 2008 when they produced his hit, “Got Money,” and recruited Travis Barker to hop on the remix.
Lil Wayne switched the Packer attire for a fitted and a crisp white tee when he hit the stage to perform the Play-N-Skillz track mentioned above, “Got Money.” Weezy also spit a few verses from “6 Foot and 7 Foot.” Young Money label mates, Drake and Lil Twist joined Lil Wayne on stage to hype up the crowd.

I am truly enjoying my life right now. Its been so long since I have wrote anything on here because I feel like for a while I was trying to digest it all and save it for the music. But its finally set in that I am living my dreams and doing with all my closest friends from Toronto. I wake up and never know what to expect from any given day but good or bad I always learn something from it. I have decided that I am going to push “It’s Never Enough” and focus completely on delivering Take Care to you all. I feel like my mind is truly ready to make this next album NOW and I don’t want that feeling to escape me. My mother is doing well for all who have been asking. She went to her first swimming class the other day and won gold…not really but you know what I mean. OVO gang is all smiles and 40 is making some of the best music I have heard in my entire career. I am in the airport right now headed to LA to meet up with Boi 1da tonight. Its all feeling right. Its truly been a pleasure to speak again. Thank you for all your energy. Soon. Guidance.

If you want to know what’s delaying T-Pain’s album rEVOLVEr, ask Drake. The Auto-Tune King is still waiting on Drizzy to submit a verse before his project can be released.
“I know yall waitin on the album but the last thing I need is a verse from drake and the album is complete,” T-Pain told his anxious Twitter followers. “So find drake and tell him to hurry the hell up and finish the verse Hahahahaaaa.”
The Young Money rapper will be featured on the next single from T-Pain’s fourth LP “rEVOLVEr”. “By the way the song with drake on it is the next si[n]gle as well so that’s why I haven’t dropped a new single yet. Jus lettin you know.”
T-Pain, whose current single “Rap Song” features Rick Ross, made noise last week when he revealed his latest tattoo sporting Facebook’s “Like” button.
